By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, creating an account, or engaging us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

Aeronix provides custom digital services, including but not limited to:

• Website Services – Custom website design and development (React/PHP), responsive design, and technical SEO optimization.
• Design & Branding – Logo design, brand identity systems, style guidelines, and typography/color palette development.
• AI Solutions – Custom AI agent automation, workflow automation, and integration with third-party AI models and business platforms.

Aeronix is a collaborative group of independent freelancers. Prices displayed on our website are starting estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed through a formal quotation before work begins.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

3. Quotes, Proposals & Project Engagement

• Projects begin after receiving a quote request.
• A proposal becomes binding only after written agreement and any required deposit.
• Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
• Estimated timelines may change due to client delays or scope changes.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise agreed.
• Most projects require an upfront deposit.
• Late payments may result in work being paused.
• Ownership transfers only after full payment.
• Promotional offers may change or expire.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where stated.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

• Reasonable revisions are included according to your proposal.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Major scope changes may require a new quotation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Before full payment, all work remains the property of Aeronix and its freelancers.
• After full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
• Aeronix may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality has been requested.
• Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
• General knowledge, methods, and reusable components remain the property of Aeronix.

7. AI Solutions & Third-Party AI Tools

If your project includes AI automation or third-party AI services, those services are governed by their own providers' terms.

• AI-generated content may contain errors and should always be reviewed.
• Subscription or API costs may be your responsibility.
• Aeronix is not responsible for changes or outages of third-party AI services.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide required content, credentials, and feedback on time.
• Ensure you have permission to use all materials supplied.
• Do not use our services for unlawful purposes.

Client delays may extend project timelines without penalty to Aeronix.

9. Refund Policy

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• Refunds may be issued if Aeronix cannot complete a project due to our own fault.
• Completed and approved work is not refundable.
• Refund requests should be submitted in writing.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to complete the agreed services.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
• We do not guarantee specific business results.
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Applicable laws regarding non-excludable liability remain unaffected.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aeronix and its freelancers harmless from claims resulting from your breach of these Terms, your content, or misuse of our services.

14. Termination & Cancellation

• Either party may terminate a project if the other materially breaches these Terms.
• Clients remain responsible for work completed before cancellation.
• Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

15. Communication

By providing your contact details, you agree that Aeronix may contact you regarding projects, quotations, and support through email, WhatsApp, or phone.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion before proceeding through the appropriate courts.
